The Young Executives were a mainstay in the mid-late 1980’s pop scene in Lincoln. The fact that they weren’t a cover band did much to help them. They were toying with changing their name (due to the fact that few people like executives, I mean, think about your day job, and your bosses, who wants to be like them, after all?). Don’t let the name fool you, though, these Executives churn out some great pop melodies.
